Everbright Lighting manufacturing is a professional and legitimate manufacturer in China.We guarantee that all the lights we sell are CE RoHS TUV SAA C-Tick CB and ENEC approved.Below is the warranty terms and after-sales service. LED lights have 3 years or 5 years warranty since the day purchase,which will be stated in proforma invoice.
Warranty terms
If LED lights have been sold to our customers and have the problem as below, Pls take the photos or video show us, we`ll change components or provide the same quality new ones.
Cosmetic defect,which is not caused by customers.
Function problems,such as unworking led chips and drivers.
The products can`t working.
After renewed and repaired,warranty and after-sales service continue accords to the original date of purchase.
Non-Warranty terms
If LED lights have been sold to our customers and have the problem as below, Pls take the photos or video show us, we`ll change components or provide the same quality new ones.
Defects or damage caused by serviceman`s arbitrary disassembly.
Products are repaired and altered neither consulted or authorized.
Failure resulting from human`s improper operation and installation,misuse,accident or force majeure such as fire,earthquake,thunder and lighting,ect
Other defects that are not caused by quality of product.
